Dr. Premila Hewage has a special interest in General Dermatology and Skin cancers, performing mole checks and minor skin surgeries, including Cryotherapy, biopsy, and skin lesion excisions. Premila holds an Advanced Diploma in Dermatology and Skin Cancer. Dr Hewage is highly experienced in women’s health, with a particular focus on HRT, contraceptives, Implanon insertion and removal, and Pap smear (Cervical Screening). Additionally, she is an authorised prescriber for Medicinal Cannabis.

As a busy mother of four, Premila enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, and involving her kids in sports when she is not at work. Dr Hewage is fluent in English and Sinhala.
