Important information for your appointment

Appointment Length Initial assessments are usually 45 minutes to allow for a thorough examination and the commencement of treatment. Subsequent follow up appointments are generally 30 minutes.

How to Prepare Please wear or bring loose comfortable clothing that allows the physiotherapist to easily access the area being treated. If you have any relevant X rays MRI scans or hospital discharge papers please bring them along to your session.

Fees and Billing Physiotherapy is a private health service. If you have a valid Chronic Disease Management Plan or EPC referral from your doctor you can claim a Medicare rebate for your sessions. We also provide HICAPS facilities for immediate private health insurance claims onsite.
